\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>Digitizing<\/strong><\/p>\n

Is the art of converting a picture or image into stitches by using specialized
\nsoftware and must be done to prepare the garment for embroidery. We prefer
\ndesigns to be sent as vector files in formats AI, EPS, . Bitmap files are also
\naccepted (JPG, BMP, GIF or TIF). The more clear the edges are on your file the
\neasier it is for us.<\/p>\n

Changes in the artwork may be necessary for the embroidery
\nto look clean. Lettering that is too small or excessive details on paper may
\nnot translate into a well embroidered design. After the design is digitized, a
\ntest sample is sewn prior to being placed on a garment.<\/p>\n

Quotes<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may e-mail, your design for an estimate to lorenzo@justembroiderit.com. Estimates will be provided free of
\ncharge the same day they are requested. Keep in mind estimates are an educated
\nguess of the final stitch count. The estimate could vary 10-15% above or below
\nthe actual stitch count.<\/p>\n

LIMITATIONS FOR EMBROIDERY<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are a few limitation we would like our customers to be aware of:<\/p>\n

– Text on your logo must be larger than 5mm or 1\/4″ tall<\/p>\n

– Left chest design should be no larger than 4 inches wide<\/p>\n

Ways to change design dimensions include:<\/p>\n

– Change Lower case lettering into Uppercase.
\n– Eliminate some of the letters or place the letters on 2 or more lines.
\n– Arc the lettering around the logo.<\/p>\n

LEAD TIME<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lead times vary but our average delivery times are between\u00a02 to 10 business
\ndays. Lead times for digitizing artwork requires 1 – 2 days. Call us for more
\ndefinite lead times on embroidery and digitizing. We defiantly take rush
\norders.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Artwork Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

We require your artwork in a format that is suitable for
\nthe application. Any one of the following are more then suitable.<\/p>\n

Acceptable
\nfile formats are<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Adobe Illustrator (.AI )<\/p>\n

.EPS (Vector artwork)<\/p>\n

Adobe Photoshop (.psd)<\/p>\n

.Jpeg ( 300 Resolution)<\/p>\n

.PDF ( High Resolution )<\/p>\n
